All Giclée prints are printed and framed to order. They are carefully packaged and shipped from the US via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority in secure packaging.

Due to shipping changes beyond our control there may be unexpected delays. Please be patient. Tracking numbers will be supplied when an order has been shipped.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

For processing and delivery please allow 2-3 weeks for print only and 2-4 weeks for framed prints. Please allow 2-5 weeks for international orders.

Sarah Gordon retains all rights to artwork, including previously sold and commissioned original paintings. Rights are retained to make reproductions of any and all artwork. Artwork purchased may not be copied, printed, reproduced and/or distributed by any method, for any reason without written permission from the artist.

Please note all original paintings, unframed prints and framed prints are FINAL SALE due to the custom nature.

We suggest checking dimensions and artwork details carefully or contact us with any questions before ordering. We are happy to supply more details on color, size and materials. For larger orders we can supply artwork mock ups using a photo of your interior.

On the rare occasion there is damage in shipping we will resolve the issue with the customer directly.
