SECURE SHIPPING

All artwork orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Shipments are tracked. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking  information.

Our shipping materials have been approved and tested to prevent damage in transit.

UNFRAMED PRINTS

Prints are carefully packaged in a rigid flat-mailer or rolled in a tri tube depending on size.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for print processing and delivery. International orders usually arrive within 3-5 weeks.

FRAMED PRINTS

Framed prints are only available to contiguous USA  – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all International locations.

Custom framed paintings are shipped directly from our framing partner and individually packaged in a custom made box to the size of each frame. There will be crumpled paper supporting each of the frame corners. This has been confirmed by a 3rd party tester as the superior method to protect frames in transit.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for framing and delivery.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

We carefully package original paintings from our studio to ensure no damage. We aim to use sustainable or recycled/reused packaging when possible. Paintings on paper will be shipped flat and paintings on canvas will be shipped rolled.

Custom framed paintings are shipped directly from our framing partner.

Please note we do not offer framing for international orders.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND DELAYS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Framed prints and paintings can only be shipped to contiguous USA – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all International locations.

We do not ship framed artwork internationally due to risk of damage, loss and high shipping costs. We highly recommend framing locally for all international orders.

Due to shipping changes there may be unexpected delays beyond our control. We will assist with shipping carrier communication and follow up as needed.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

Please note all original paintings, unframed prints and framed prints are FINAL SALE due to the custom nature.

We suggest checking dimensions and artwork details carefully or contact us with any questions before ordering. We are happy to supply more details on color, size and materials. For larger orders we can supply artwork mock ups using a photo of your interior.

On the rare occasion there is damage in shipping we will resolve the issue with the customer directly.
