All Giclée prints are carefully packaged and shipped from the USA via USPS or FEDEX in a rigid flat-mailer or tri tube depending on size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. All international orders are shipped via USPS INTERNATIONAL and normally arrive within 3-4 weeks.

Framed artwork will be individually packaged in boxes custom made and built to the size of each frame. There will be crumpled paper supporting each of the frame corners. This has been confirmed by a 3rd party tester hired to evaluate the best methods to protect frames in transit and this was superior by far. 

Where do you ship?

• Domestic flat rate shipping is available for shipping throughout the contiguous US. 
• We ship to Hawaii and Alaska too, but due to increased costs, rates for these states will be dynamically quoted, similar to international shipments.
• Please note, that we can not ship to PO boxes due to the size of our shipments.

Can I ship internationally?

• International shipping is available for print only. We do not ship framed artwork internationally due to risk of damage in transit. We recommend that artwork is framed locally due to the cost of shipping internationally for framed artwork.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for international shipping.
• All country-specific duties and taxes are billed to the recipient.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

All custom frames are crafted and assembled to order.

We have selected 100% wood frames in three options that perfectly suit Sarah Gordon's artwork. They are all handcrafted by framing experts in the USA, using the highest quality materials. Every single frame is custom-built to ensure a perfect fit and comes ready to hang.

Due to natural variances in the wood grain the moulding may vary in color. Due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in dimension and/or craftsmanship.

99% UV ACRYLIC IS USED FOR ALL FRAMES

Filters up to 99% of UV rays. This is the industry standard and is preferred among art sellers and galleries as it's lighter than glass, scratch-resistant, and shatter-resistant. It also provides more UV protection and has less glare than glass. 

All Giclée prints are created from Sarah Gordon’s original paintings and custom printed to order in the USA. We print with beautifully saturated giclée archival pigment inks. Fine details and colors are carefully matched so each print represents the original painting as closely as possible. All artwork is printed on luxurious heavyweight Somerset Velvet fine art paper.
